Welcome to Motion Training

Thanks for visiting.

In 2016 I have plans for many new tutorials that will be featured on my YouTube channel, so keep an eye out for those and I’ll try to keep this site updated a little more frequently to keep you updated on my plans. If there is something you think I should cover then let me know. A few of the things I’ve considered for future tutorials include:

Still Photography for beginners
Video production/photography for beginners
Sony Vegas (Video editing in general)
Adobe Indesign

If any of those look interesting to you please let me know!

If you have found my tutorials useful and they have helped you pass a test or even get a job or promotion then I’m glad to have helped. That’s why I set the channel up.

If you would like to own the complete set of Excel tutorials (60 tutorials in total) then you can do so by going to the Download page. The complete set along with practice files and some exclusive content is now available as a single download file. Your support is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions or requests for future projects then please use the comment box below (don’t put any website addresses into the message or it will get zapped by my spam filter!)

Thanks for watching and Keep learning!

Dear Motion Training, I have commenced watching your excel beginners series and wanted to let you know how impressive it and you are. I’m a teacher and predictably put a lot of stock into the importance of clear and succinct communication; your delivery is outstanding.

I was wondering if you could direct me to a link or way to view the youtube tutorials in sequence? I continue to navigate back to youtube but so far cannot find a way to do this.

    Thanks again, Craig. Australia

Like some of your other pupils Excel was completely alien to me as a bit of a 68 year old dinosaur. I bought books on excel tutorials but could not make head nor tail of them. Your You Tube tutorials are brilliant and so easy to follow. I am secretary of a branch of a benevolent organization and at the moment keep my accounts in a manual ledger and I am trying to create a program in excel to do this. Your tutorials have been a great help in doing this. The only thing I cant find is how to do continuous additions in columns and rows, but will keep looking. Many thanks for a great tutorial and best wishes for the future.

I am 60 years young & my glass is half full. Thank you so much for the tuitorals. I am currently learning excell for aprox 6hrs daily. Then I will go onto power point and upgrade my word skills. Its funny that I had people doing this for me and never paid attention and guess what? I lost 25 years of work and every thing I had in one swoop. The last recession had impacted me in a way that I would never of dreamed of. Penniless, I saved enough to go back to B.C.I.T and completed my CSO designation and continuing with an OH&S designation. I have 22 resumes out and interviews comming up – which require working knowledge of excell, word, power point and project manager.(I payed people to do this for me and did not think of its importance) Your unselfishness is a God send. Thank you. I relish the day I can pay it forward.

  24. MARCUS says:

How about MS Access…do u have videos for that on Youtube? Please if you do I would be grateful if you can send me the link. I have come across other MS Access videos on Youtube but your teaching skills is outstanding I would rather learn from you.
Keep up the good work and thank you so much again..

  27. J Nelson says:

Nicely Done!!! I am “adequately proficient” with MS Word, have done a FEW Powerpoint presentations, but Excel was something I have NEVER used before. However, my work has asked me to complete a project where Excel is a Requirement. Your you tube videos are EXCELLENT for us “Novice” Learners who need to learn the basics for Using Spreadsheet Tables and getting “up to speed” with this Application. Thanks, and BRAVO!

  28. Ian Foster says:
